Schedule a Customized Health Coaching Session

From time to time we need more direction on achieving our goals. This is where health coaching comes into play. As a Certified Health Coach, my job is to help you visualize your ideal health and empower you to make the necessary changes in order to achieve these goals. Your goal may be to kick your cravings to the curb; ditch the sugar habit; or overcoming emotional eating or some other barrier that is keeping you from achieving your best health.

This service is only $25 and includes (1) 60-minute meeting and (1) 30-minute follow-up. Click here to schedule your customized session. Please schedule 2 weeks in advance so that it gives you and me enough time to prepare. Once your appointment is scheduled, I will send you a detailed questionnaire that will need to be completed and returned before our session.
