Have stiff or tight muscles? Can't reach your toes? Is your back stiff in the morning or after sitting? Improve flexibility, range of motion, and joint mobility! for better movement and injury prevention. Using a variety of myofacial release, dynamic movements, gentle yoga, and static stretching - you will soon be on your way to more flexibility and pain free movement. No Charge for Members. Guest fee is $20.

Nerdy Dog Fitness - Workout with your dog! $20 per classFrom $17 per visit with Nerdy Dog Fitness 6 Session Pass passA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Ready to have a fun workout that even Fido can do with you? You and your dog will perform different exercise circuits that incorporate canine conditioning designed moves meant to keep both you and your dog engaged. We even practice basic obedience skills! This workout is perfect for all dog breeds and humans of all fitness levels. Class meets outside Nerdy Girl Fitness in the grassy areas rain or shine. Only $20 per class or $100 for all 6 sessions. Current Nerdy Girl Members receive 10% discount. Prior registration is required. Summer sessions are on Thursdays at 6:15pm. Session dates are 6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27, 7/18, 7/25.

Burn the Bird Thanksgiving Day Workout Free

Free "Burn the Bird" Thanksgiving morning workout! We will have a special 90 minute workout featuring 0 minutes of HIIT, 30 minutes of PIYO, 3 and 30 minutes of flexibility/balance! All fitness levels welcome. Open to members and non-members, women, men and children! You can stay for one or all 3!

Schedule of the workout:


9 am: HIIT - We'll start you off with our signature NerdyHIIT session. This session is designed to a torch fat, sculpt muscle, and increase metabolism, burning calories long after you stop sweating. For 30 minutes, you'll experience a high-intensity interval training workout that gets the job done. All fitness levels welcome! We modify for all abilities! This session is lead by our owner, Patti Fousek.


9:30 am: PiYo - Next, enjoy a heart pumping body weight workout where you will flow through pilates and yoga inspired moves choreographed to music! Lead by trainer and certified PIYO instructor Jess Keefe. All fitness levels welcome!


10 am: Flexibility & Stretching - We will end our workout with 30 minutes of our Flexibility and Mobility session. This session is designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles, release tension and promote joint mobility and stability. Leave feeling rested, restored and ready to take on whatever the day throws your way. Lead by trainer Amanda Chenevert.

Intro to Weights Free

New to using weight training? Or, want to make sure you're doing exercises properly? In this workshop, Patti will teach proper weightlifting form including proper stances, hip hinging, core and muscle engagement and proper body positioning. You will learn all the basic exercises including squats, deadlifts, bent over rows, planks and more. And along the way you will also learn supplemental exercises to help maintain muscle balance and protect from and reduce injury risks. Workshop is repeated the 1st Sunday each month.
