Intro to Weights

New to using weight training? Or, want to make sure you're doing exercises properly? In this workshop, Patti will teach proper weightlifting form including proper stances, hip hinging, core and muscle engagement and proper body positioning. You will learn all the basic exercises including squats, deadlifts, bent over rows, planks and more. And along the way you will also learn supplemental exercises to help maintain muscle balance and protect from and reduce injury risks. Workshop is repeated the 1st Sunday each month.
